1. Mobile App Purchases

1.1. App Store Purchases

Tower Blocks is available for free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If you purchase any in-app items or subscriptions through these platforms, the refund policy is governed by the respective app store's policies:

We do not process refunds for app store purchases directly and cannot override the app stores' decisions regarding refunds.

1.2. Virtual Currency and Items

All purchases of virtual currency, virtual items, or other digital content within the Tower Blocks application are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you, and this license is limited, non-transferable, and revocable.

2. Website Purchases

2.1. Digital Products

For digital products purchased directly through our website (such as Tower Blocks merchandise, exclusive content, or direct downloads), we offer the following refund policy:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
Products must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund

2.2. Physical Merchandise

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items
